Twelve Minute Chili Recipe


Ingredients
* 1/2 lb lean ground beef
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1 can kidney beans; (with 1/3 of the liquid)
* 1 can tomato puree
* 4 tablespoons onion, minced
* 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
* 1 teaspoon cumin
Directions
1. Heat vegetable oil. Add beef and onion. Cook until meat is lightly browned and onions tender. Drain off fat.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Makes 2 large servings.
